[Coral-dev] display_report not displaying graphs

Good Afternoon all,

I've set up the display_report following the reporting guide.  I believe
I've configured everything correctly (I just replicated the examples at
this point), but I'm not generating any graphs from the RRDs.  Here is the
error log from apache:

All the required directories are created and the permissions are correct,
but the images just aren't being created.  Any advice on debugging further?
