Try downloading the release build (rather than the stable build) of
Java3D 1.3.2 from
https://j3d-core.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentView?documentID=3D124=
30&showInfo=3Dtrue

I don't see any mention of DirectX or OpenGL on that web page, so I'm
guessing Sun is no longer making a DirectX version of Java3D (thank
heavens).

Your error message appears to be saying that Java3D couldn't find the
wglGetExtensionsStringARB function in your (Windows) OpenGL
implementation.  Make sure you have the latest OpenGL installed and a
graphics card with hardware-accelerated OpenGL support.  Other than making
this obvious suggestion, I can't really help you since I don't do Windows.
