[Walrus-dev] Walrus 0.6 released

Walrus 0.6 is now available.

This release includes support for zooming in and out.  You can zoom in
toward, or out from, the central node to an arbitrary degree.  In
combination with interactive graph pruning introduced in 0.5, this feature
should make it easier to examine a graph in greater detail.


You can download Walrus from the following URLs using the username/password
combination you received for any earlier release.  [Note: The files may
not be accessible till Wed May 1, 2002 due to our semi-automated update
system for our web server.]

CHANGES

Since 0.5, released Apr 19, 2002:

  * Added support for zooming the display.
       The user can zoom in toward the central node or zoom out from it
       to an arbitrary degree.
  * Added support for turning depth cueing off.
  * Fixed bug in which picking would sometimes become temporarily
    inaccurate after the window is resized.
  * Fixed bug in which the display would lock up if the user executed
    a command through the keyboard while concurrently interacting with
    the mouse.
