[Graph-dev] gnuplot link in documentation of Chart::Graph

In the documentation for Chart::Graph on CPAN, the link provided for
GNUplot is incorrect.  

http://www.gnuplot.org brings up site finder, or whatever that cheesy
Network Solutions 'service' is.  After poking around, I found the real
link at http://www.gnuplot.info

You might want to update that information because a less curious user
might not follow through on their searching.  When did GNU start using
.info domain names?
