I think someone else on the list may have gotten it to work, in which case
I'll let them answer.

You should be able to install it by just copying the Graph.pm and Graph directory into wherever perl wants to find it.  ie, a make shouldn't be needed
at all, it mostly just extracts the documentation.

You would probably also have to tell it where gnuplot is installed
on the system by setting variables in the files, and as I recall,
you may have to change where it wants to write temporary files.
