[Cflowd] nothing in my artsfiles

Hello, i read unsuccesfully all the mailing list and i found problems
similar as mine but no answer.
i'm running cflowd on a debian linux and cflowd, cflowdmux run well .
But whith cfldcollect there is a problem :
my syslog says :

May 13 15:36:44 jbertsch1 cfdcollect[23391]: [I] wrote data for router

seconds.

The artsfile has a size of 0 but there is an other file in my directory
where i store arts file, this is
.arts.20020513.swp
The other file is arts.20020513 who is empty.

If anyone could help me or have any idea, i would be very grateful
